I've spent the last decade helping startups build organizations that fit their ambitions: most recently at BioRender, and before that at Loom, Framer and NerdWallet.

Having run my own business and as a former strategy consultant at Bain, I've never seen people and business issues as separate. I see my role as making sure we have the right people, working well together and focused on the areas that matter most.

These days, I've decided to hang up my people leader boots. I'm advising founders and leaders on compensation while pursuing some new ideas.
